Our success is built on exceptional people, and we’re committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent in the industry. We’ll give you the support, opportunities and culture to thrive, grow your career and be part of something that matters in a place where you can truly belong.

Crest Nicholson's South West Division is looking for a multi-trades Customer Service Technician to carry out remedial works within dwellings, correcting faulty workmanship and replacing faulty materials and to ensure that all remedial works which the company has accepted to deal with are completed with minimal disruption and inconvenience to the customer. This is a site based role where you will be travelling from your home address to our development locations.

The Role

This is a customer facing role where a Customer Services Manager will raise requests of works for completion, and where you will be in charge of communicating directly with Crest Nicholson clients and managing the appointment process, agreeing when works will commence and be completed within set timescales.

It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Technician to ensure materials are available and to hand when completing the works, and that the remedial work is completed in accordance to our quality standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
