Customer Service & Export Coordinator

We're looking for a Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join a busy and growing business where customer experience sits at the heart of everything they do. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety. One minute you'll be helping a customer with a delivery query, the next you'll be coordinating an international shipment, resolving a logistics issue or ensuring export documentation is completed accurately. You'll become the go-to person for customers, building trust through excellent communication, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help.
You'll work closely with colleagues across operations, logistics and sales, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order through to delivery. This position would suit someone with previous customer service and export experience who understands the importance of delivering exceptional service while managing the complexities of international trade.

If you're familiar with export documentation, shipping processes and Incoterms, you'll already appreciate the difference that proactive communication and meticulous organisation can make. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a naturally positive attitude and isn't afraid to take ownership when challenges arise. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, investigating issues, finding solutions and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping customers with delivery queries
- Coordinating international shipments
- Resolving logistics issues
- Ensuring export documentation is completed accurately
- Building relationships with customers, suppliers and logistics partners
- Managing multiple priorities
- Investigating issues and finding solutions
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of export administration, import/export processes and international shipping
- Good working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP
