Hardware Support (EAC - Electronic Access Control) Apprentice
We are pleased to share an opportunity designed to help you expand your knowledge and skillset, we are seeking to appoint a Hardware Support (EAC - Electronic Access Control) Apprentice, within our Abloy UK team. You will learn how to ensure that our customers receive 100% customer satisfaction in technical enquiries.

Responsibilities
- Learn our portfolio of Access Control products
- Support customers such as installers and partners
- Mostly via telephone support
- Also through our online helpdesk tickets
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Interest in hands-on, installation, and wiring would be ideal
- All products are low voltage but an interest in Electronics would also be an advantage

Working Environment
- Work as part of a small team in a workshop environment
