WHAT will my DAY look like?

You will be joining the financial services team and be responsible for managing overdue accounts, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients to facilitate debt recovery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a professional environment, contributing to the organisation's financial health and client relations.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Contacting clients via telephone and written correspondence to pursue overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Analysing account data to identify delinquent accounts and prioritise collection efforts accordingly
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements using specialised accounting software
  • Negotiating repayment plans with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as accounts payable and customer service to resolve account discrepancies
  • Performing data entry tasks related to account updates, payment histories, and client information
  • Conducting analysis of accounts receivable trends to recommend process improvements
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations regarding debt collection practices, including phone etiquette standards
