The role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the movement of vehicles and equipment through the repair and maintenance process. This is far more than a traditional administration position. You'll work at the heart of operations, coordinating activities between customers, planners and workshop teams to help ensure essential assets are repaired, maintained and returned to service efficiently.
Day-to-day you'll be required to:
- Coordinate vehicles and assets through the repair process from arrival to collection.
- Maintain accurate records and updates across company systems.
- Communicate with customers, planners and workshop teams to provide progress updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor schedules and asset movements to support operational delivery targets.
- Support efficient handovers and collections while ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
The role is based onsite at Ashchurch, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week.
Essential experience of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or coordination role.
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Managing schedules, priorities or service-related activities.
- Experience using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Administrator:
- Level 2 qualification (NVQ Level 2, GCSE Grade 4-9/A*-C or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
