The Role
This Role: Senior Customer Service Advisor known internally as a "Senior Property Services Advisor"
Fixed Term Positions 12-month period based on a 37.5hr week
Salary Range: £29,025 - £30,553 - Dependent upon experience
Location: Beeston, NG9 1LA - Free parking subject to availability
The office location is a 10 min walk from Beeston Train Station

About The Role
In this role, you will support customers with property repair queries across various channels, resolving issues efficiently with professionalism and technical expertise. The work is varied and fast-paced, making adaptability essential in the property repairs and maintenance environment.
Coverage across core business hours is essential for this role and you will need to be available to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis based within the main office in Beeston. Once you are fully trained, you will have the flexibility to work remotely when based on a 10am–6pm shift.
