Customer Services Advisor
Shoe Zone has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our customer services team based at our Head Office in Leicester. You will join us on a part-time (15 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a salary of £9,961.46.
This position is for Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm however flexibility will be required. Overtime will be available to cover holiday, sickness, and peak periods within the team.

We are a town centre, retail park, and digital footwear retailer, offering low price and high-quality footwear for the whole family, with free next day delivery on all orders, seven days a week. We operate from 270 stores and have approximately 2,100 employees across the UK.
Our store portfolio consists of 61 town centre stores, which stock the core shoezone product range, and 162 hybrid town centre stores and 45 larger retail park stores which also stock additional brands such as Skechers, Hush Puppies, and Kickers.

Customer Service Opening Hours
Our team work on a 4-week rolling rota with various shift patterns to cover the opening hours. On occasion the rota may change due to holiday, sickness, peak periods, etc. so flexibility across weekends and weekdays would be required for the position.
Our Opening Hours Are
- Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm
- Friday 8am - 6pm
- Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am - 5pm
You
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor who is friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a cheerful and confident manner. Your telephone manner will be positive, professional, and calm. Ideally, you’ll have a GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English and you will need to know your way around Microsoft Office. Previous Customer Service and/or retail experience is desirable.

The Job
Working within our fast-paced and hardworking Customer Services Team, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries from our online customers and stores assistance to ensure the best possible outcomes and see each query through to its conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Resolving email and live chat enquiries
- Answering customer telephone calls
- Responding with customer queries on social media
- Liaising with couriers to resolve delivery enquiries
