Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £27,810 per annum

Location: Warrington - Fully Office Based

Hours: 8-week rolling rota (5 days from 7), with shifts scheduled between 06:45 and 22:00, and include two weekends off per 8-week rota.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle a variety of customer enquiries by delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service. You'll take ownership of each query from start to finish, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive outcome.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally across multiple communication channels
  • Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
  • Deliver a positive, efficient and empathetic customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve more complex enquiries
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Keep up to date with products, services and business processes
  • Adapt to new systems, processes and business initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and team performance

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A positive, patient and professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and confidence using different systems
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload

  • A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
