We are seeking a part-time Customer Service and Reception Assistant to join our team and help create a positive first impression for all students, visitors, parents, and stakeholders.
As a key member of the customer service team, you will play an essential part in maintaining a professional, efficient, and friendly reception environment. You will support the smooth running of our operational services while working closely with student trainees, providing on-the-job training, guidance, and high-quality customer service.

Main Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and welcome students and visitors.
- Operate the switchboard in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Complete postal services.
- Deliver accurate and timely administrative support across the service, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
- Work with colleagues collaboratively, to meet deadlines.

Working Hours
All year round, 8 am - 1 pm, Monday - Friday.
Contract Details
- Type: Permanent
- Contract: 20 hrs/52 weeks
- Salary: £12.80 p/h
- Location Status: Ullenwood
