Customer Services Advisor

Salary - £26,466

Fixed Term contract – 12 months

Huntingdon office – hybrid working

Key responsibilities

  • Working primarily with the Geodesys and digdat brands
  • Responsible for creating the Anglian Water CON29DW (drainage search) through several admin tasks
  • Answer customer queries in relation to the searches you are producing
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers with the aim of delivering our extensive suite of searches as efficiently as possible
  • Provide a remarkable level of service to every customer, each and every time they interact with us
  • Work proactively with our Sales and Marketing teams

  • Ideally you’ll have excellent Customer Service experience
  • Able to multi task and appreciate the challenge of problem solving and taking ownership of resolving customer queries
  • Computer literate, comfortable learning new systems
  • Work under pressure and organise, and prioritise own workload
  • Confident, self-motivated, productive and organised
  • Willingness to be flexible and work well within a team, as well as working on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with people at all levels
