We’re currently recruiting for a number of full-time Customer Service Advisors with a variety of shift patterns.
Location: Dereham office, Office Based.
Hybrid working opportunities may be considered upon successful completion of probationary period.
Full time working patterns 37 hours per week;
- Week 1: 8:00am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Week 2: 8:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Week 3: 9:30am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
(1 shift per week will be 30 mins shorter to total 37 hours)
These roles are ideal for individuals looking for structured hours within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
What You'll be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver compassionate, accurate, and timely support across phone, email, and live chat. You’ll handle a wide range of queries often related to housing, repairs, and sensitive personal circumstances with empathy and professionalism. You’ll take ownership of each interaction, listen actively, and provide clear resolutions, helping build trust and confidence in our services.
