About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services and Enquiries Team, supporting prospective students and applicants throughout their journey to ARU.
As a Customer Services and Enquiries Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for future students, providing high-quality advice and guidance across a range of communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, social media and digital platforms. Your role will be vital in ensuring that every prospective student receives an excellent experience, helping them make informed decisions about studying at ARU.

- Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries relating to courses, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, applications and admissions processes.
- Support applicants from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
- Utilise a range of systems including CRM platforms, admissions systems and AI-powered communication tools to maintain accurate applicant records, manage enquiry workflows and support effective communication with prospective students.
- Work closely with colleagues across Admissions, Student Recruitment, Information Technology and other university teams.
Qualifications:
- Substantial customer service experience, ideally gained within a contact centre, advisory or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Experience of handling complex enquiries, using CRM systems and working confidently with technology.
