Job Overview
As a Customer Services & Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, building strong relationships and ensuring every customer receives a responsive, professional and high-quality service.
You’ll take ownership of customer orders and enquiries from start to finish, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure orders are processed smoothly, delivered on time and customer expectations are exceeded. Alongside this, you’ll play an important role in supporting our internal sales activity — identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships and contributing to business growth.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where your commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will make a real difference.
Your Profile
You will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused approach, good problem-solving skills and confidence using IT systems are essential. Previous administration, customer service or sales experience would be advantageous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
