Are you looking for an interesting and varied Reception-based apprenticeship within the Head Office of a busy Mental Health NHS Trust? Can you keep calm in busy and demanding situations? An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our busy Team.
The role of the Customer Service Apprentice is an integral part of Trust Head Office and Corporate Services Team and the right candidate will be trained at NVQ level in Customer Services administration and will also train alongside the existing Centre Management Assistant and Site Manager in order to gain experience of the day to day running of Head Office and the wider organisation within corporate services.
The right candidate will already be computer literate and have some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as a willingness to learn.
If successful, you will be able to show your ability to work in a challenging and interesting environment and will have the opportunity to develop outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to progress your career development at the end of your apprenticeship.

The role of the Customer Services Apprentice will be an integral part of the Corporate Office Team and is crucial to the efficient running of Trust Head Office. They will have on the job training to understand the smooth running of the learning and development centre, supporting the room booking system and ensuring the training rooms are set up to a high standard. They will have the opportunity of receiving an NVQ in Customer Services administration. This Apprentice will provide full customer services reception support and will also provide support to the Corporate Services team at busy periods.
