Salary: £28,665.72, per annum

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and up to £2,000 annual retention bonus subject to eligibility criteria (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to maintaining clearance requirements.

About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Customer Services Assistant to join our team based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This is a full time position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday working various 8 hour shifts between 6:30am and 7pm. As a Customer Services Assistant you will be expected to deliver a full and comprehensive customer service in support of the delivery of this prestigious contract by providing exceptional service to our high-profile client. This varied and interesting role will provide support to the Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract which includes assisting with the delivering Desk Management, Car Parking, Lockers and Switchboard services.
Responsibilities
- To work as a member of the G4S Customer Services Hub providing a variety of effective, well organised and efficient services, providing a high level of customer service.
- To work flexibly between the G4S Customer Services teams to ensure the delivery of administrative services.
- Ensure that records are maintained and updated at all stages using the appropriate IT support applications e.g. Maximo, Service Desk, VRIS, Hospitality Suite etc.
- Assist with queries, complaints and general enquiries.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, internal business partners, customers and clients.
- Be prepared to undertake provide cover during times of peak demand or during staff absences
- To keep your line manager informed of all service-related issues.
- Working safely and efficiently and with due regard for own health and safety and the health and safety and the welfare of others including, Company staff, Authority staff, contractors and members of the public etc.

About You
We are looking for positive, organised, proactive, and resourceful candidates. You must have good team organisational skills and communication skills when working in high pressure environments.
In order to demonstrate your knowledge we would require candidates to have experience working in a customer service environment. We would particularly encourage candidates with experience in a Facilities Management environment to apply.
