Customer Services Assistant (Fixed Term)
Salary £26,862 to £32,733 per annum, 35 hours per week
Fixed Term for 9 months – Maternity Cover

You will provide high-quality front-line customer service and administrative support to our Housing Services and Property Services teams. The successful candidate will work within a generic team providing first class, customer orientated housing management and maintenance services.

We are looking for someone who is committed to the principles of customer care and has effective communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be capable and enthusiastic, with the ability to balance a varied workload. But most importantly, you will have a “can do” attitude and a desire to learn.
