The Opportunity

Are you a confident and customer-focused administrator, who strives to deliver best service at every opportunity? Then you could be just the person we’re looking for.
As our Customer Services Assistant you will:
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email and Salesforce – ensuring the customer journey is seamless throughout and recording updates on a CRM system where necessary
- Provide written quotations for outpatient and surgical treatment
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey, taking ownership at each touch point
- Work closely with colleagues across the hospital, establishing great working relationships that enhance the patient journey
- Organise and host open events highlighting our services, ensuring attendees receive a warm welcome and are provided with all the information they need in order to make an informed decision regarding future treatment
- Highlight the great work of the Hospital through a variety of media including supporting our social media accounts
- Be part of a busy team, working individually and together to deliver the highest standards of customer service

The Person
To succeed as a Customer Services Assistant you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
- An ability to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role
- High levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Strong administration skills, preferably with experience using a CRM system
