Customer Services Executive
📍 Wimbledon 🕘 9:00am - 5:00pm | 🏠 Hybrid Working (After training) | 🚀 Start Date: ASAP - Salary - £26-30k
Join our friendly and growing team as a Customer Advisor, supporting customers through email, phone and web enquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and website
- Providing helpful, accurate and professional advice to customers
- Following up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities
- Processing customer orders and maintaining CRM records accurately
- Supporting the sales team with outbound campaigns and lead generation
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensuring excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally from either a training or delivery background
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service or sales support experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
