Job Overview

Morecambe Football Club is recruiting for a key role within its retail, ticketing and reception function.

If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service to a wide ranging customer base within a professional, busy football club environment then we would love to hear from you.

Connecting with our fans and other visitors to the Halo Aerospace Stadium, you’ll be ensuring that every interaction is friendly and professional and you’ll play an important role in helping us achieve our goals.

If you’re proactive, energetic and outgoing and have customer service experience already from a ticket office, call centre, reception/concierge desk or retail outlet, this could be your ideal role.

For the right candidate this role, based at the Halo Aerospace Stadium, Morecambe, can be structured to be either full-time, 37.5 hours per week, or part-time, however we will need you to be available for all home matches on Saturdays and some Tuesday evenings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
