Customer Services Manager

Remote, UK, Full-time

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their customer-facing experience and take on more ownership within a Customer Success environment.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident communicating with customers, with the ability to manage their own workload and take responsibility for customer actions and follow-ups. Previous Customer Success experience would be beneficial, but we're equally open to people coming from customer service, support, account coordination or other commercially focused customer-facing roles.

What you'll be doing

You will manage relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, helping ensure they receive a high level of service while coordinating activity across the wider business.

This will include:

  • Building relationships with customers and acting as a regular point of contact
  • Managing customer queries and coordinating internally to resolve issues
  • Keeping on top of customer actions, deadlines and follow-ups
  • Supporting customer renewals, quotations and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate information within internal systems and the CRM
  • Helping customers understand how they can gain greater value from the company's software
  • Managing multiple customer priorities independently
  • Identifying opportunities where additional products or services could benefit the customer

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You don't need years of management experience and you don't need to have previously held this exact job title.

The opportunity would particularly suit someone who has developed within customer service or support and now wants to move into a more commercially focused, relationship-led role within the technology sector.

The opportunity

You'll be joining a business with an established customer base and a Customer Success team that is continuing to develop.

There is a clear opportunity to learn the software and industry, build your commercial and account management capability, and progress into more advanced Customer Success responsibilities as you develop.

The role is fully remote within the UK, with some occasional flexibility around working hours for international customer conversations.

If you're looking for the next step beyond traditional customer service and want to build a career within technology and Customer Success, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
