About the Role
As a Customer Services Officer, you'll be at the heart of the council's customer experience, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensuring residents receive a professional, efficient, and friendly service. You'll handle a variety of queries, resolve issues, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver positive outcomes for customers.
