Kinaxia Derby is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and friendly team in Belper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a professional, responsive, and first-class service, helping us maintain the high standards that Kinaxia is known for.

  • Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalated issues through our CRM system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track complaint outcomes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with agreed service standards, policies, and service level agreements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring customers are kept informed at every stage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, promoting a "One Team" approach.
  • Coordinate delivery bookings and monitor timed deliveries, proactively communicating any potential service issues.
  • Provide customer quotations in line with agreed pricing schedules.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer and operational data within company systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies relating to HR, GDPR, and Health & Safety.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • ✔ Previous customer service experience, ideally within transport, logistics, or warehousing.
  • ✔ Working knowledge of CRM systems (Sage experience desirable).
  • ✔ Experience using software management systems such as Stirling and Contrado (advantageous).
  • ✔ Strong customer account management skills.
  • ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • ✔ The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • ✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • ✔ Confidence using multiple software systems and managing customer information accurately.
