The Role Awaits You!

As a Customer Services Support Representative, you will be the friendly voice of FuseBox, providing our customers with a professional, adaptable, and solution-oriented experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Accurately processing sales orders using SAP.
  • Managing customer requests and order changes seamlessly.
  • Responding promptly to emails and customer inquiries.
  • Building strong relationships through stellar service.
  • Efficiently resolving customer queries with a proactive approach.
  • Collaborating smoothly with our internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Supporting your team with various tasks as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAP (training is available).
  • Familiarity with sales order processing environments.
