Salary: £31,527.00 per annum

About The Role
As the Customer Service Team leader for Medequip, you will be responsible for providing excellent supervision to the customer service team to ensure the department functions to the highest level, delivering a first-class service to both external and internal customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Working alongside other departments to minimise the delays technicians experience at depots (increasing the available delivery time)
- Overseeing the day-to-day distribution of work
- Investigating all non-compliances
- Displaying a friendly and efficient telephone manner to liaise with the local Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and District Nurses regarding technical, product, and client requirements
- Following all Medequip Way customer service procedures
- Utilising IT skills for fast and efficient database entry
- Ensuring that communication via email is timely and accurate
- Working strategically focusing on short and medium-term business objectives with the Operational team

Qualifications And Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years in a Public, Healthcare, or service-based industry role
- Comprehensive knowledge and usage of all MS Office packages
