We are now looking for a full-time Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.

- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Management of surveyor’s diaries
- Typing reports
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be:

- It is desirable to have geographical knowledge of the UK

- Actual Basic Salary £24,828.00

Hours of Work
35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working: 9am to 5pm.
