Customer Service Team Member

Northwich, Cheshire

Full-time | Permanent

35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9.00am-5.00pm

£24,828 - £30,000 OTE

About the Role

We are now looking for a full-time Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team based at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Handling of customer calls
  • Responding to internet queries
  • Managing and coordinating surveyors’ diaries
  • Following up enquiries and outstanding actions
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
  • Prioritising a busy workload and managing changing demands
  • Working closely with surveyors and colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, administration or a service based business would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of UK geography would also be useful due to the scheduling element of the role.

Industry experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, capability and desire to succeed.
