About the Role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will add value to the Associations busy Customer Services team in the role of Customer Solutions Advisor. This exciting role provides the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplined team delivering support services to a range of internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relevant Customer Service experience
- Be the first point of contact for all Caledonia customer enquiries
- Receive, diagnose and implement solutions based responses to all Caledonia customer service requests
- Work with a range of contact channels including telephone, face to face, email, IT portals and social media
