We're Hiring | Telecom Solution Designer (Customer-Facing)

Experienced Telecom Solution Designer with a passion for designing end-to-end telecom solutions and working directly with customers? If you have a strong background in OSS/BSS, Telecom Transformation, and Solution Architecture, we'd love to hear from you!

Role: Telecom Solution Designer (Customer-Facing)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements with customer stakeholders.
  • Design end-to-end telecom solutions across OSS/BSS and network domains.
  • Define system integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
  • Lead solution design reviews, implementation planning, SIT/UAT support, and customer presentations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS, Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Billing, Inventory, and Provisioning.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering Agile-based telecom transformation programs.
