Join our client's Government, Health and Policing team as a Customer Solutions Design Specialist, where your work will help design and deliver secure solutions that support critical programmes and contribute to keeping the UK safe and secure.

This is a customer facing and customer focused role, and you must be able to lead the technical direction of projects and build a strong, trusted relationship with them and senior stakeholders.

You'll work closely with other teams such as our Solution Architects, Operations and Security teams and be a Subject matter expert enabling the successful delivery of complex, bespoke solutions.

What you'll be doing :-

  • Produce High quality, complex, multi-vendor High level and Low level Design from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborating with our customer to turn their business needs into practical solutions.
  • Technically Leading complex, bespoke projects.
  • Building strong relationships with customer and stakeholders.
  • Creation of statements of work, bills of materials.
  • As a subject matter expert sharing your knowledge by coaching and mentoring colleagues and operational support teams.
  • Provide day-to-day technical leadership to TDAs and design teams.
  • Drive design assurance through peer reviews and technical governance checkpoints.

Skills

  • Cisco SDWAN design experience. Ideally Cisco "White glove" exposure.
  • CCNA/CCNP qualifications.
  • LAN/WAN experience would also be useful.
  • Experience in Network Design within Enterprise, service provider or public sector.
  • Production of High level and low-level designs in line with customer requirements, ability to understand business
