Manage the day-to-day relationship and delivery for an assigned set of brand-protection clients. Client Solutions Managers own their client relationships directly, alongside running the monitoring and reporting that keeps delivery sharp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship for an assigned set of clients as their direct point of contact, building trust and communicating proactively. This is owned individually by each Client Solutions Manager, not only by the Senior Client Solutions Manager.
  • Run daily monitoring and alert triage across the assigned client portfolio, prioritising issues for review.
  • Produce and quality-check weekly and monthly client reports, and present updates to clients.
  • Support QBR preparation and handle day-to-day client requests and escalations.
  • Coordinate enforcement and resolution with the Enforcement Specialist on behalf of the client.
  • Watch client health and flag growth or renewal signals to the Senior Client Solutions Manager or Director.
  • Maintain accurate client, brand and module records.
  • Provide coverage aligned to North American clients and time zones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
