ROLE
SkillCorner is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to develop strong working relationships and outstanding experiences for customers across Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) and Scandinavia. Through proactive analysis, product education and practical support, you will help customers embed SkillCorner data into daily scouting, recruitment and performance workflows and partner with sales colleagues on retention and expansion.

LOCATION
Remote in Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, or Norway would be preferred, ideally close to a major transit hub. Regular regional travel and occasional visits to Paris are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead customer and product onboarding, education and training online and in person.
- Create and present tailored analysis, tools and educational material.
- Support data integration through APIs, analytics tools, templates and dashboards.
- Maintain frequent communication with customers and Business Development on strategy and problem solving.
- Provide proactive and reactive support and coordinate with Analysis, Product and Marketing.
- Collect, structure and communicate customer feedback internally.
- Create scalable training resources and identify renewal, advocacy and expansion opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English plus at least one relevant local language.
- Passion for and deep knowledge of football.
- Experience working with data and presenting analysis in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and stakeholder management.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a professional football environment.
- Data analysis within scouting, recruitment or performance.
- Claude, Python and SQL; familiarity with BigQuery, Streamlit, Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of APIs, ETL concepts and analytics workflows.
