Customer Solutions Manager
South East England | £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus, Car & Benefits
About the Opportunity
Our client is a successful and growing business operating within the logistics, distribution and supply chain sector. With a strong reputation for service excellence and customer partnership, the organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Manager to join its team.
This is a high-profile role focused on developing strategic customer relationships, improving operational performance, and delivering commercially viable solutions that create value for both customers and the business.
The Role
Working with a portfolio of key accounts, you will combine commercial insight, operational understanding and relationship management expertise to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and service improvement.
You will play a pivotal role in analysing customer performance, enhancing forecasting and planning processes, reviewing profitability, and developing tailored logistics and distribution solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Lead regular customer review meetings and present performance insights and recommendations.
- Analyse sales, demand, inventory and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Drive improvements in forecasting, planning and stock management processes.
- Review account profitability and support the development of commercially beneficial solutions.
- Develop and present proposals across warehousing, distribution and value-added services.
- Create pricing models, business cases and customer-specific commercial arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Support operational and commercial continuous improvement initiatives.

About You
You will be a commercially focused professional with experience in account management, customer solutions, logistics, supply chain or a related environment.
You will bring:
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships within a B2B setting.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- The ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate insights into action.
- Experience developing customer-focused solutions and commercial proposals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a strong focus on delivering results.
