The Role

As a technically competent team member, you will have the capability of identifying solutions to support our customers and prepare comprehensive proposals to reflect those solutions. Working closely with marketing and external sales teams, you will qualify, explore and in turn, direct sales leads and opportunities to maximise sales coverage. The ideal candidate should have a solutions mindset and approach and work to contribute to the continued growth of the business.

  • Identify solutions and generate comprehensive proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Explore and manage/direct sales leads that have been qualified by Marketing team.
  • Create, update and close off opportunities on CRM based on the order status.
  • Pro-actively follow up solutions proposals on a daily basis.
  • Negotiate with the customer to successfully secure order(s).
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls that are related to Customer Solutions Team, providing sufficient technical and commercial support.
  • Ensure on time delivery targets for products.
  • Work within the predefined processes whilst striving to look for improvements in efficiency and suggest alternatives.
  • Partake in personal development through regular training sessions.
  • Develop a good working relationship within the Busch Group.
  • Maintain visibility of open quote and order pipeline.

Your Profile

  • Qualified with either an Engineering/Business Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Someone who is able to build and rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Solutions Mindset.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Adapting to change, willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy, excellent administration skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong Work Ethic.
