What is the Role?
As a Customer and Stakeholder Graduate, you’ll help us deliver a positive experience for our customers and communities as we develop and deliver the transmission network. You’ll support engagement activities, listen to feedback, share project information and work with teams across the business to help achieve positive outcomes for our stakeholders. You’ll develop your communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, preparing you for a future role such as Customer Relationship Manager or Community Liaison Manager.
What We're Looking For
You'll have, or be expected to achieve, a minimum 2:2 honours degree in any degree discipline.
We're looking for graduates who are excited by the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and communities, understand their needs and help ensure their views are considered as we develop and deliver the electricity transmission network.
You'll Likely Be Someone Who
- Communicates clearly and confidently, adapting their approach for different audiences.
- Enjoys building relationships and can listen carefully to understand different needs, perspectives and concerns.
- Is comfortable working with a wide range of people and can approach challenging conversations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Is organised and able to coordinate engagement activities, manage actions and keep stakeholders informed.
- Takes a customer-focused approach, using feedback to help improve experiences and achieve positive outcomes.
