Customer Stock Controller

We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Stock Controller to join us at our site in Derby.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Stock Controller, you will be responsible for all of the material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards.

This will involve a 'scan and replenish' of parts to ensure stock availability targets are achieved as well as the setting up of storage locations and mediums to ensure they adhere to the agreed company standards.

This varied role will also see you have high levels of communication with the customer both face to face and remotely via Teams, responding to requests for urgent parts and locating stock.

You will also be required to use a company van to deliver parts to other customer sites across the UK.

About You

You will have some previous experience of working in a logistics or warehouse environment as well as some experience of interacting with external customers.

You will be flexible enough to work a rotational shift pattern that will include a mixture of days, afternoons and nights as well as being 'on call' on a rotational basis after a period of training has been completed. Bank holidays are also classed as normal working days for the role, with an enhanced annual leave allowance offered to compensate.

You must be in possession of a full, clean UK driving license.

Additionally, you will work well as part of a team, with strong relationship building skills but also be comfortable working under your own initiative.

You will be literate, comfortable reading and understanding information, with a strong attention to detail.

Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
