We’re Aldermore – the award-winning bank, trusted and highly rated by over a quarter of a million customers for more than a decade. With our range of specialist mortgages, savings accounts and business finance solutions, we're backing more people to go for it.
We thrive by saying “yes” to our customers. Let Us Tell You a Bit About The Opportunity
What if your insights could shape the decisions a business makes tomorrow?
As a Campaign Strategy and Insight Executive, you'll play an important role in helping us understand our customers, anticipate changing needs and uncover opportunities that drive better business outcomes. This is far more than a reporting role. You'll combine customer research, market intelligence, customer feedback and audience insight to help shape strategy and influence decision-making across the business.
Working within our Customer Strategy & Insight team, you'll help bring together a wide range of sources, from customer research and Voice of Customer activity through to market trends and competitor intelligence. You'll turn complex information into compelling stories and actionable recommendations that help stakeholders understand what customers need today and what they might need next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
