JOB PURPOSE

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of priority Customer initiatives, helping to translate customer strategy into action across the business. The role strengthens visibility, alignment and delivery discipline across the Customer function while providing foundational analysis and project support to drive successful execution of key priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Strategy & Project Management

  • Supporting delivery of strategic priorities while creating capacity for additional Customer Strategy initiatives
  • Coordinate delivery of Customer Strategy projects, including project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, actions and stakeholder communications.
  • Support implementation of Customer Strategy initiatives by tracking actions, progress and key deliverables across initiatives.
  • Conduct foundational customer and commercial analysis to support strategic projects and decision-making
  • Gather, consolidate and quality-check inputs from central and regional teams to support strategic projects and business reviews.
  • Prepare project updates, presentations, working documents and supporting materials for stakeholders.

Wider Customer Team Enablement

  • Improving planning, visibility and alignment across the wider Customer function
  • Support QBR and GTM preparation, including coordination of requirements, inputs, materials, actions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate Regional Client Development governance forums, including agendas, materials, action tracking and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Maintain the Customer roadmap and initiative tracking framework, ensuring milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks and progress are accurately documented and communicated.
  • Coordinate recurring Customer deadlines and critical paths, ensuring teams are aligned and aware of upcoming requirements.
  • Track actions and dependencies across initiatives, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident with stakeholder management up to a senior level
  • Numerical & analytical skills
  • Experience within a project coordination role
  • An interest in retail or a retail background would be preferable
