Opportunity at sees.ai

This is an opportunity to take ownership of some of sees.ai’s most important international customer relationships as we move from successful trials towards large-scale operational use across Europe.

We are about to begin rolling out our service with a major French electricity transmission operator. Successfully introducing a new operational capability into an organisation of this scale requires more than delivering the technology.

The customer needs to understand where the value lies, how the service fits into its wider operation and what successful adoption looks like. Different stakeholders will have different priorities, and the scope of the relationship will continue to develop as both organisations learn more. You will become the senior owner of that relationship, while helping sees.ai develop and manage similar relationships with infrastructure operators across Europe.

Working directly with senior customer stakeholders, you will help define the business case for each phase of these relationships, establish how success will be measured and ensure that customers can see the value sees.ai is creating. You will work alongside our Client Delivery, Operations, Engineering and Commercial teams to turn those customer objectives into something sees.ai can deliver credibly and commercially.

Details:

  • Location: London (hybrid), with regular travel to our Chichester office, France and elsewhere in Europe
  • Reports to: VP of Customer Success
  • Essential: Fluent spoken and written French and English

The Context

Energy grids worldwide are under enormous pressure from rising demand, ageing infrastructure and the transition to renewable generation. Operators need more frequent, consistent and detailed information about their networks than conventional inspection methods can provide. sees.ai collects and delivers that information safely and at scale using autonomous UAS.

Today, the data primarily consists of high-resolution imagery, with the capability extending to video, thermal imaging and LiDAR. We develop the entire system in-house: the UAS, ground-control systems, cloud software and field operation itself. Our work with National Grid in the UK has already progressed from trials into full operational service. France is our first major expansion market beyond the UK and represents the next important stage of our international growth.

This role will help shape and support that rollout, while developing the customer relationships that will underpin sees.ai’s broader expansion across Europe.

What You Will Do

  • Become sees.ai’s senior relationship owner for key European customers, beginning with a major French electricity transmission operator moving into operational rollout.
  • Work with customers to define the business case, outcomes and measures of success for each stage of the relationship.
  • Translate emerging customer needs into clear briefs, working with Client Delivery, Operations and Engineering to ensure that sees.ai’s response is credible and deliverable.
  • Establish and run formal account governance, including executive steering committees, performance reviews, reporting and senior escalation.
  • Lead contract renewal, scope and pricing discussions, working with Commercial, Finance and Legal to agree sustainable terms.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to extend sees.ai’s work across customers’ networks and operations.
  • Manage the transition of relationships from sees.ai’s existing senior stakeholders, then build and lead the Customer Success team required as our European customer base grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
