Role Description

The Customer Success Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Sheraton, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, configuring their accounts, and ensuring smooth adoption of the Benefits Hero platform. Daily activities include:

  • Conducting client training sessions
  • Assisting HR teams with system setup
  • Resolving product-related inquiries
  • Proactively monitoring account health and usage

The specialist will build long-term relationships with client stakeholders, gather feedback to improve the platform, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance user experience. This position focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and successful utilization of all platform features.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer success and account management skills, including relationship building, client communication, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with onboarding and implementation processes, such as platform configuration, data collection, and client training.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and providing clear, solution-oriented guidance to customers.
  • Comfort with HR or benefits-related tools and concepts, and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Sheraton and remotely with distributed teams.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer success, HR tech, SaaS, or employee benefits.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
