The Opportunity
We're now looking for a Customer Success Sales Advisor to join our growing Customer Success team and play a key role in developing customer relationships, driving account growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
This is a proactive, relationship-focused role where you'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, helping both new and existing customers get the most from their partnership with PenCarrie.
You'll combine account management, customer success and sales activity to build engagement, increase revenue and establish long-term customer loyalty.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Supporting and onboarding new customers to ensure a positive start to their PenCarrie journey.
- Building strong customer relationships through regular contact and account reviews.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability through product recommendations and upselling.
- Re-engaging inactive or at-risk accounts through proactive outreach.
- Working towards call activity, sales and account growth targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and insights within our CRM system.
- Supporting promotions, campaigns and seasonal sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the Customer Success team to deliver excellent service and results.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience in a telephone-based sales, customer success, account management or customer service environment.
- A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and developing customer relationships.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience within a B2B sales environment, wholesale, distribution or garment decoration sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
