Job Description: Customer Success & Account Executive

Location: Exeter (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000–£27,500 depending on experience

About the Role We're looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic Customer Success & Account Executive to join the TipperLink team.

This is a varied role where you'll become one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping suppliers and haulage companies get the most from the platform while supporting the continued growth of the business.

You'll build relationships with customers, help onboard new users, assist suppliers in finding haulage capacity and work closely with the founder to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and onboard new suppliers and haulage companies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Contact haulage companies to help cover supplier loads.
  • Follow up new enquiries and introduce prospective customers to TipperLink.
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers using the platform.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
  • Support customer retention and account growth.
  • Work closely with the founder on business development initiatives and operational improvements.

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

You'll ideally be:

  • Confident speaking on the telephone.
  • Friendly, professional and approachable.
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable building relationships with customers.
  • Commercially minded and proactive.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Motivated, reliable and eager to learn.

Experience in customer service, account management, sales, recruitment, logistics, construction or transport would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
