About MedLink
MedLink is a fast-growing automated recall and monitoring platform used by GP practices across the UK. We help practice teams manage drug monitoring, long-term condition reviews, recall and clinical workflows, reducing administrative workload while improving patient care.
As MedLink continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success & Training Specialist to ensure every practice has an outstanding experience from day one. You'll help new customers get up and running, deliver engaging training and provide vital day-to-day support.
The Role
This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our client experience.
- You'll guide new practices through implementation, helping them get the most from MedLink, build confidence in using the platform, and realise its benefits quickly.
- Once practices are live, you'll become a trusted point of contact, providing friendly, knowledgeable support whenever it's needed.
- Working closely with our product and technical teams, you'll also identify recurring themes, share customer feedback, and help drive continual improvements to both the product and our support resources.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
