About Euverify
Euverify helps brands and manufacturers sell into the EU and UK with confidence — acting as their EU Authorised Representative and UK/EU Responsible Person, and supporting them across GPSR, cosmetics, packaging (PPWR), and GDPR Article 27. Most of our customers aren't compliance experts — they're founders and ops leads trying to get a product to market without tripping over rules they've only just discovered. Making that feel manageable is our Customer Success team's job.
The Role
The trial period is where a customer decides whether compliance feels achievable — this role owns that moment. You'll work directly with trial users in their first weeks on Euverify: running onboarding, guiding their first product setup, clearing whatever's blocking them, and building enough trust that upgrading to paid becomes the obvious next step. You'll be trained and mentored by our Customer Success Managers, with a defined path to CSM.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a remote role working UK business hours, since most of the customers you'll support are UK-based.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of trial accounts end-to-end — the named point of contact over Zoom, phone, and email
- Run onboarding and hand-hold first product setup: adding products, uploading documentation, completing records
- Translate regulation into plain language the customer can actually act on
- Spot and clear blockers — missing documents, unclear obligations, technical issues — looping in compliance/product as needed
- Drive trial-to-paid conversion through education and follow-through, not pressure
- Keep clean, current records so any colleague can pick up an account without losing context
What you'll bring
Essentials
- Client-facing role — customer success, sales, account management, or support (B2B preferred)
- Excellent spoken communication with US and UK clients; can explain complex things simply
- Strong active listening — you understand the goal before you answer
- Confident and composed on video calls and live demos
- Real patience — happy to explain the same thing a fourth time
- Organised and dependable — nothing goes quiet on your watch
- Honest about scope — you'd rather tell a customer something's outside what we do than oversell to win the account
