Customer Success Associate

Location: London, UK
Employment: Full-time
Experience: Graduate / Early Career
Company: Quix Labs

About Quix Labs

Quix Labs is a healthcare company working with community pharmacies and primary care providers across the UK to improve how smokers and vapers access support. Through Quix Connect, we help connect patients looking for support with participating community pharmacies, creating a simpler journey between patient demand and local pharmacy services. We're growing quickly and are looking for an ambitious, personable and highly organised Customer Success Associate to join our team.

The Role

We're looking for someone who loves speaking with people and making things happen. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll sit at the centre of the Quix Connect patient journey. When a patient comes to us looking for support, your job is to help make sure they successfully reach an appropriate participating pharmacy.

You'll communicate directly with patients, coordinate with pharmacies, manage appointments and follow up when someone gets stuck.

This isn't a traditional customer-service role where you wait for the phone to ring. You'll proactively own a pipeline of patients and work to move each person from initial enquiry through to a pharmacy appointment.

You'll also play an important role in helping us build the technology behind Quix Connect. By understanding where patients get stuck and which interventions work, you'll help us identify processes that can be automated as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the patient journey
    • Respond quickly to new Quix Connect enquiries and help patients navigate the next steps.
    • Speak with patients by phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels to understand what they need and help them find an appropriate participating pharmacy.
    • Proactively follow up with patients who haven't completed their journey.
    • Help coordinate pharmacy appointments and provide patients with clear information about where they need to go and what happens next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Make things easy for pharmacies

    • Our goal is to remove as much administrative work from participating pharmacies as possible.
    • You'll coordinate the operational side of patient placement so pharmacies can focus on providing the service rather than chasing leads, making repeated calls or managing unnecessary administration.
    • You'll build good working relationships with pharmacy teams and quickly resolve issues that prevent patients from progressing.
  • Own your pipeline

    • Maintain accurate patient statuses and activity within our CRM and operational systems.
    • Know which patients are progressing, which need attention and which have become stuck.
    • Prioritise your day around the actions most likely to result in successful patient placements.
  • Help us improve Quix Connect

    • Identify recurring reasons patients fail to progress.
    • Track common questions, objections and operational problems.
    • Work with the wider team to improve messaging, automation and the overall patient experience.
    • As our systems become increasingly automated, your role will evolve toward handling the situations where human intervention creates the most value.

What We're Looking For

We're deliberately open to recent graduates and people early in their careers. You don't need years of healthcare or customer-success experience. We're much more interested in your attitude, communication skills and ability to get things done.

You'll probably thrive in this role if you are:

  • Confident and comfortable speaking with new people on the phone
  • Warm, empathetic and professional when communicating with patients
  • Persistent without being pushy
  • Extremely organised and comfortable managing lots of conversations simultaneously
  • Naturally proactive — you don't wait for someone to tell you what needs chasing
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and learning new technology
  • Able to spot when something isn't working and suggest a better way of doing it
  • Excited by working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Motivated by measurable outcomes rather than simply completing tasks

A university degree is welcome but isn't essential. Experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, sales, healthcare, pharmacy or another people-focused environment can also be valuable.

What Success Looks Like

Your primary objective is straightforward: Help as many appropriate Quix Connect patients as possible successfully reach a participating pharmacy. We'll look at metrics such as patient contact rates, successful pharmacy placements, appointment bookings, time from enquiry to placement, patient drop-off and the percentage of patients requiring manual intervention. This is not a role measured simply by how many calls you make. We care about whether patients successfully progress.

Why Join Quix Labs?

You'll join a growing healthcare startup at a stage where an early-career employee can have a genuine impact on how the company operates. Rather than inheriting a mature corporate process, you'll help us build one.

You'll work closely with the wider Quix team, gain exposure to healthcare, community pharmacy, customer success, operations and technology, and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as Quix grows.

For someone at the beginning of their career who is ambitious, commercially minded and enjoys working with people, this is an opportunity to develop quickly alongside the company.
