Customer Success Associate

About Arcarta:

Arcarta is the Due Diligence Network for the art market.

We work with galleries, advisers and art businesses to help them manage due diligence securely, confidently and in a way that reflects how the art market actually works.

More than 100,000 collectors have completed due diligence through Arcarta and the platform is used daily by over 400 art businesses. As the network grows, our role is expanding beyond traditional due diligence workflows into new ways of helping galleries connect trust, compliance and the collector relationship.

We are now looking for a London-based Customer Success Associate to help Arcarta customers get more value from the platform as we introduce new products, workflows and customer education initiatives.

About the role:

This is a customer-facing role at the intersection of customer success, product enablement, account support and field marketing.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and wider team to support existing Arcarta customers, primarily in London. The role involves helping existing customers understand Arcarta’s products, supporting onboarding conversations, arranging customer visits, gathering feedback and making sure customers feel informed and able to extract the maximum value from the service while building good habits.

The role is practical, hands-on and relationship-led. You will be visiting galleries, booking meetings, preparing follow-ups, supporting product demonstrations, helping customers understand where Arcarta fits in their workflow and sharing what you learn with the wider team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work close to customers, close to product and close to the art market.

Why this role exists:

Arcarta is building the Due Diligence Network for the art market.

As the network grows, our products become more valuable when customers understand how to introduce them internally, use them confidently and embed them into their day-to-day workflows.

This role exists to support that process.

You will help bring Arcarta’s product story to existing customers in a practical and personal way. That means spending time with customers, listening carefully, helping them understand what is new, supporting follow-up and bringing useful feedback from the field back into Arcarta.

What you will do:

You will support Arcarta’s customer success and product education efforts by:

  • Visiting galleries and art businesses in London
  • Helping book and coordinate customer meetings
  • Supporting customer onboarding and product education sessions
  • Helping introduce new Arcarta products and workflows to existing customers
  • Supporting product demonstrations and customer walkthroughs
  • Helping customers understand where Arcarta fits in their internal processes
  • Preparing and sending follow-up notes after meetings
  • Supporting customers with enablement material and next steps
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing with customer-facing marketing activity, including product rollouts, customer communications, event preparation and follow-up
  • Helping identify the right people inside each customer organisation to speak with
  • Building relationships with directors, registrars, gallery managers, sales teams and compliance contacts
  • Tracking customer engagement and rollout activity
  • Capturing customer feedback, objections and product questions
  • Sharing field insight with the marketing, product and leadership teams
  • Supporting wider customer success and account management activity over time

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and comfortable speaking with people across the art market.

You should be able to build trust quickly, explain new ideas clearly and follow up carefully without being pushy.

You may have experience in galleries, art businesses, customer success, account support, sales support, partnerships, product onboarding, marketing or field-based customer engagement.

You do not need to be a compliance expert, but you should be comfortable learning how due diligence fits into the art market and why it matters.

You will most certainly need to be politely persistent, high-energy and tenacious.

You will be a good fit if you are

  • Confident visiting galleries and speaking with customers
  • Clear and concise when explaining new ideas
  • Comfortable with both commercial and operational conversations
  • Highly organised and disciplined with follow-up
  • Able to turn customer conversations into clear next steps

  • Commercially aware without being overly salesy
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
  • Interested in the intersection of art, technology, trust and due diligence
