Customer Success Associate (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to support customers, build strong relationships, and help deliver a positive customer experience in a fully remote UK-based role.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills who is looking to develop a career in customer success.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their experience with the business.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build positive relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Assist with onboarding and day-to-day customer support activities.
- Help resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
- Support customer retention and engagement activities.
- Contribute to customer success reporting and general administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Comfortable using email, online systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service, support, or account experience is beneficial but not essential.
