Customer Success Associate (Remote UK)

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to support customers, build strong relationships, and help deliver a positive customer experience in a fully remote UK-based role.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills who is looking to develop a career in customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers throughout their experience with the business.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Assist with onboarding and day-to-day customer support activities.
  • Help resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the experience.
  • Support customer retention and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to customer success reporting and general administrative tasks.
