Position: Customer Success Associate

A highly secure platform centralises all client FX and cash activities to enhance oversight whilst increasing control, all at no additional costs. It offers quick onboarding routes, multi-bank best execution, and hedging management services.
Headquartered in London, the world’s largest FX hub, MillTech provides services to clients in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, and Liechtenstein. Your mission
You will report to the Customer Success Manager and work closely with various internal teams as you engage in a multitude of administrative tasks with the goal to become a direct point of contact for the growing customer base.
The role requires an organised, ambitious, and motivated high achiever with great communication skills. You must be focused, proactive, and possess excellent attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to the ever-changing needs of a rapidly growing business.

You will be expected to take initiative, bring new ideas, and invest your time in refining your knowledge of FX, Cash products, and trade workflows.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- To support the Customer Success team in all aspects of their interactions with clients
- Use a variety of tools to create, distribute, and record customer-related material
- Document and detail all customer interactions on the CRM
- Arrange client meetings and platform demonstrations
- Conduct routine reviews of client information, contacting the client for updates and renewals where necessary
- Assist in the creation of processes and procedures that’ll enhance the customer experience
- Build and maintain internal process and procedure guides
- Explore new and innovative ways to improve scalability
- Assist in successfully onboarding new customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in providing customers with product training and support
- Develop a deep understanding of the MillTech offering, to maximise service levels and revenue generation
Required skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong organisation and time management
- Driven with a desire to proactively engage with colleagues and customers
- A can-do attitude to problems and challenges
- A desire to invest in continuous professional development
- Integrity and the ability to act with due skill, care, diligence, and confidentiality as required by market conduct standards
