Company Description
CareerXcelerator is a job readiness and hiring alignment platform designed for international candidates targeting roles in the USA, UK, Ireland, and wider European markets. Instead of focusing on job search alone, the platform addresses why candidates are not getting selected, particularly in the critical stage between application and decision. CareerXcelerator works with students, recent graduates, career switchers, and experienced professionals to help them define suitable roles, measure readiness against real job expectations, and close specific gaps that hinder selection. Learning is built around actual hiring requirements, translating skills into clear, verifiable proof and preparing candidates for interviews based on real evaluation patterns. Candidates using CareerXcelerator see faster interview cycles, higher offer rates, and improved role and salary alignment, as applications are made only when readiness matches employer expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
