Role Overview 🚀
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Director to join our Customer Success team in the UK. This senior individual contributor role manages a multi-million-pound portfolio of around 10–20 strategic enterprise customers.
You’ll build long-term partnerships with our most valuable clients, ensuring Benifex delivers measurable business outcomes and drives lasting customer success. Acting as a strategic advisor and escalation point, you’ll be supported by dedicated Customer Success Managers focused on day-to-day engagement. This is a high-impact role, shaping how our largest customers achieve their goals through Benifex.
Responsibilities 🤘
- Own the customer relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes and exceptional customer experience.
- Partner with customers to understand their business priorities, define a clear success plan, and align Benifex solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Drive renewals and growth within your portfolio by identifying opportunities for expansion, cross-sell and upsell of products or services.
- Lead strategic reviews and engagement meetings (virtually and in-person) to discuss performance, platform usage, NPS results, roadmap priorities, and opportunities for further value creation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on Employee Benefits, Reward, HR and technology trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent and aligned delivery to your customers.
- Champion the customer voice internally, ensuring feedback and insights help inform product development and continuous improvement.
- Own the renewal process, including contract negotiations and any associated RFPs, ensuring successful outcomes for both the customer and Benifex.
- Promote customer advocacy by driving participation in events, case studies, and reference opportunities that showcase customer success stories.

What are we looking for? 🔎
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of identifying and driving revenue growth within existing accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Extensive experience in customer success or employee benefits consulting
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS environments, focusing on global enterprise businesses.
Bonus:
- HR Tech or Employee Benefits experience
- RFP/tender experience
