Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI, Agents and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle-from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market.
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to help customers deploy, integrate, and operate Noma successfully within their production environments.
You’ll be the hands-on technical resource for complex post-sales engagements, translating customer use cases into reliable configurations, integrations, automation, and operational workflows. You’ll work alongside the Customer Solutions Architect, who owns the overall customer relationship and outcomes, while you lead the technical execution required to make those outcomes achievable and scalable.
This role is ideal for a highly technical, customer-facing engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working across AI, cybersecurity, and cloud environments, and turning one-off solutions into repeatable practices.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
